This project involved upgrading the existing pasta noodle line automation system to improve efficiency and reliability. The modification included replacing outdated PLCs with Siemens S7-1200 units, integrating a new HMI for better control, and adding SCADA monitoring for real-time performance tracking. The result was reduced downtime, improved process consistency, and enhanced production output across the line.
