Project Overview

Topgate Automations and Controls Limited carried out the installation of a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) electrical control panel for the vacuum pans at Dangote Sugar Refinery. The goal was to boost process efficiency, reduce power consumption, and enhance overall production control.

Our Scope & Results

Our team handled the engineering design, panel assembly, on-site installation, and testing & commissioning. The project was completed during planned downtime, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
The outcome was improved operational control, energy savings, and more stable performance in the refinery’s production line.
