Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is regarded as one of the key subject areas in our company and is thus given careful consideration throughout the organization.

The HSE policy states that AGS shall be committed to focus on and give priority to HSE matters in all our operations, for all our personnel and on all our units and premises. We shall provide a safe working environment, prevent injuries and ill health, reduce the environmental impact of our operations and strive to continuously improve our HSE performance.

Training & Awareness

We provide our employees with up-to-date HSE training and information to ensure competence and compliance.
Before the start of each project, we assess potential safety, health, and environmental hazards and develop a training matrix to address them.
All crew members receive hands-on instruction and must demonstrate competence after each training session.
